May is Water Awareness Month!!

Every year, Cucamonga Valley Water District (CVWD) participates in a statewide campaign celebrating May as Water Awareness Month. This educational campaign focuses on helping all Californians understand the value of our water supply.

CVWD celebrates Water Awareness Month by offering free events to their customers. These events typically include landscape workshops on plants and irrigation, public tours of our Lloyd W. Michael Water Treatment Plant, and a water savvy landscape tour.

CVWD wants their California customers to take advantage of rebates and incentives, landscape workshops and consultations, demonstration gardens, drought clinics and water conservation tips that they have for offer.  There is a plethora of information on the water conservation program at their website:

Please, as California experiences record drought, do your part to help conserve our precious water supply!  Have a look at their website for information on the following topics: Rebates, Resources, Water Awareness Month, Water Conservation Tips, and Water Efficient Landscaping
